RETREAT STRUCTURE

7 DAYS TO IGNITE, RECONNECT OR DEEPEN YOUR DAILY MEDITATION PRACTICE. 

In these intense times of change and challenge it is vital that we know how to come home to our centre, resting intentionally into the present moment.

This meditation retreat has been designed to support you to anchor a daily meditation practice from home, and is suitable for ALL LEVELS OF EXPERIENCE. 

EACH DAY OF THIS RETREAT CONSISTS OF:

1 x 1 HOUR MORNING MEDITATION

1 x 90 MINUTE OPEN CIRCLE GROUP CALL

1 x 1 HOUR AFTERNOON MEDITATION

This retreat is offered online via Zoom
As this retreat is international, there will be different calls for each session to accomodate for time differences.

The 3 different time zones are listed as:
USA = PDT (GMT -7)
Europe = CEST (GMT +1)  
Australia = AEST (GMT +10)

WELCOME CALL

A group call to meet the facilitators and other participants. This call is to create the container and outline the structure of the retreat. 
We will also speak to the practice of meditation and discuss the use of the supportive audio materials offered as a part of this retreat.

DAY 1

October 7th - 11th

DAY 2 - 6

MORNING MEDITATION

7:00 - 8:00am PDT (USA) 
7:00 - 8:00am CEST (Europe)
7:00 - 8:00am AEST (Australia)

Participants meet online to drop into meditation together.

 

Once the meditation begins, participants are asked to turn off their device and meditate in silence for a full hour. This helps to limit the distractions of technology during meditation.

2 x 60 minute guided meditation audios are provided for those who have no previous experience with meditation. 

Experienced meditators are recommended to sit in silence and allow for their meditation to unfold without a guide. We also offer a 60 minute 528hz sound frequency recording to help to drop in deeper to the meditation.

MORNING

A 90 minute group call where participants connect by sharing about their experience of meditation. This is an open space which welcomes authenticity and vulnerability, and where participants can ask any questions they have about the practice. 
 

Due to the time zone difference, there are 3 different Open Circle calls each day.  

Participants choose ONE call only, morning or evening.

EVENING

AFTERNOON MEDITATION

14:00 - 15:00pm  PDT (USA) 
16:00 - 17:00pm CEST (Europe)
15:00 - 16:00pm  AEST (Australia)

Participants meet online to drop into meditation together.

 

As with the morning meditation, participants are asked to turn off their device and meditate for a full hour, with or without the support of the meditation audios.

If you are unable to make the afternoon meditation time, you may substitute it for an hour of evening meditation at a more convenient time for you. 

October 12th

DAY 7

A final call to close the container, sharing tools to integrate and move forward sustaining a daily meditation practice.

HAYLEE CLARE was first introduced to meditation through Yoga and Qi Gong practice in 2006.


Throughout her life she spent many years living and learning in India & South East Asia, exploring meditation practices from many different traditions including Kashmiri Shaiva Tantra, Tibetan Tantra, Advaita Vedanta, Hatha Yoga, Buddhism & Taoism.
 

Haylee uses meditation to access visionary states for art making, for channelling through the Akashic Records & in energetic healing sessions.

 

Her breadth of her study has given her a deep understanding of the essence of meditation and a flexible attitude to the multitude of practices which can bring us there. 

Haylee believes that the meditative state is vital for humanity - physically, psycho-emotionally, and spiritually. In these times, it is evermore important that people prioritise attuning to the present moment, aligning their energetic body and anchoring clear, peaceful vibrations into the earth.

People of all levels of experience are welcome. If you are a beginner, we offer you Guided Meditation Audios to support your practice, as well as the Open Circle Calls for you to share your experience and ask any questions.


If you are an experienced meditator who has lost connection to your daily practice, this retreat can be the accountability piece you need to get back into the ritual. 

WHAT STYLE OF MEDITATION IS SHARED?

There are a million different ways in which we can approach or try to define meditation.

After diving very deeply into the practices of ancient lineages, we believe that there is no right or wrong way to meditate. We offer an open-hearted, non-dogmatic attitude toward meditation which respects all lineages.

A daily meditation practice is about making the time to sit down with yourself. To look inside your inner world from a place of real undivided presence. To listen deeply, beyond the movements of the mind. Staying with the experience, even if there are waves of discomfort. Learning how to attune your whole system to the frequency of Peace. Being aligned, present and available for deep spiritual experiences to unfold which simply cannot occur under a "normal" state of waking consciousness. 

Meditation in the context of this retreat is essentially a way of finding and resting in the centre, deeply connected to the present moment, with open, spacious awareness.
